Refunds are only issued if no course content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds on completed coaching sessions or accessed digital content.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

3. Process

Reason for the refund

4. Resolution Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Paddle Customers

If your payment was processed via Paddle, you may be redirected to Paddle's refund system for additional verification.
